1)      The above are the indicative fixed salaries across levels. These have been fixed after survey of predominantly Broking Houses. Based on the business needs, at the time of initial recruitment, the Company may pay 20% over and above the indicative range for all levels.

2)      An employee may receive a continuous annual increment and can, therefore, exceed the 'High' end of salary range applicable to his / her grade.

3)      The Company will undertake and annual review of the above fixed CTC / total compensation ranges based on market survey / feedback in respect of comparable business / companies. Any changes in these ranges will require the approval of the Board.
